Very nice overall experience. Great value and modern accommodation with magnificent setting very close to Indonesia's best Malls like Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, and the convenience store across the street and restaurants and grocery at Indonesia mall. Very good service from the well experienced, efficient staff members. An iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment available in the deluxe room. The beds comfy.

Rich and satisfactory breakfast selection for all tastes with local varieties. Marvellous, incredible location in the great area...

The breakfast for vegetarians is excellent, catering to all tastes. the rooms are soundproof, tidy, and offer a nice view. the hotel is conveniently located near two large, upscale malls and is right in the city center.

Satisfactory breakfasts, the stay was truly memorable!

The service was nice, including an early check-in. Working of free Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK. This affordable hotel was 600 feet from the subway station.

This hotel offers a clean bathroom and a fairly quiet room, making for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Jakarta for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with plenty of restaurants just across the road. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with taxis and language barriers. The restaurant even catered to our vegetarian needs, customizing dishes to our preferences. The breakfast selection was good, and Michelle at the reception was particularly helpful. a great experience.

Clean and secure rooms, great location, friendly staff, good price. I loved being able to walk to a big mall and participate in the cfd event in front of the hotel on Sunday morning. Despite some noise from the nearby Mosque, it added to the charm of Jakarta.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the attention to detail was remarkable. From the well-maintained rooms with their comfortable beds and extra comfy pillows, to the amazing view from the windows, everything was designed to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel couldn't be better. Situated strategically in the center of a very busy CBD, it is within walking distance to the MRT station and malls, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Lastly, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste buds.

During our family trip, we stayed at a hotel that was in a great location. It was just across the street from a mall with many food options and gift shops. We also took the Jakarta city tour bus, which stopped right near the hotel. the service was outstanding, with friendly staff who were always eager to help. We were pleased with the beautiful room, with a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and a stunning view of the city. the breakfast selection was definitely a highlight.

The uniforms of some staff members could use a refresh to enhance the hotel's image.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. the key location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out various local cuisines. the staff provided great customer service and were always willing to assist.

The soundproofing was not up to par, as I could hear noises from the road and neighboring rooms. the room had an awkwardly placed pillar, which made it feel cluttered, and the furnishings were outdated.
